10th Mountain Division Patch
The Tenth Mountain Division Patch was worn from from 1944 to Present.
The Tenth Mountain Division was activated July 1943 at Camp Hale, Colorado. The blue background and the bayonets are symbolic of infantry while the position of the bayonets in saltire simulates the numerical designation of the organization. The insignia was originally approved for the 10th Light Division on 7 Jan 1944; the insignia was amended for the 10th Infantry Division on 15 Nov 1984; redesignated the 10th Mountain Division on 13 Feb 1985.
Campaigns: World War II, Afghanistan.
Our 10th Mountain Division Patch with Mountain Tab is a regulation, full color, embroidered military patch. This is the same patch that is supplied to the U.S. Army, Army National Guard, Army Reserve units, and sold in the Army Post Exchanges. This patch would be a great gift idea and a wonderful addition to your patch collection.
