17th Airborne Division Patch
The Seventeenth Airborne Patch was worn from 3 February 1943 to 10 June 1949.
The talon represents the seizing and holding ability of the division. Black is symbolic of darkness, the time during which most airborne operations take place.
Campaigns: World War II
Our 17th Airborne Division Patch with Airborne Tab is a regulation, full color, embroidered military patch. This is the same patch that is supplied to the U.S. Army, Army National Guard, Army Reserve units, and sold in the Army Post Exchanges. This patch would be a great gift idea and a wonderful addition to your patch collection.
