Best customer service experience Ive had. I was contacted by MilitaryVetsPX when I mistakenly provided mis-information to them. They didnt just send it to me knowing it was probably ordered in error. I was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and concern for customer satisfaction. From the time I placed a custom order to the time I received it was all within the same week, which was super fast and the merchandise was top quality. On 7-6-07 I ordered dog tags and other items of the Korean War vintage. In the dog tags ordered I did not give the complete serial number. In a subsequent order of patches I made yet another mistake on the dog tags reorder and later asked that the dog tags be cancelled. In good time my order arrived and to my suprise it included corrected dog tags at no charge. It was my mistake and yet they corrected my mistake at no charge. As I stated before we have three grandsons in the military, it is important to us to show them that we support them. By ordering the flags with the stars to show that we have family members serving our country we let everyone know that we are proud of them, the flag hangs on our door. We have also given flags to our daughters, their mothers to display.
