11th ACR Subdued Regulation Military Patch
This insignia was approved on 1 May 1967.
The colors red and white are the traditional cavalry colors and the rearing black horse alludes to the "Black Horse" nickname of the 11th Armored Cavalry.
Campaigns: Philippine Insurrection, Mexican Expedition, World War II, and Vietnam.
Decorations: Presidential Unit Citation- Army, Valorous Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Commendation, French Croix de Guerre with Palm- WW II, Republic of Vietnam Crosses of Gallantry with Palm.
